I love a good designer collaboration. Who doesn't? I think it's always inspiring to see how a designer interprets their own style when there is the consideration of another brand. It's so common with in fashion with the likes of high street retailers seeing huge success from designer collaborations, H&M, Uniqlo and Topshop all do this really well.
It's particularly interesting when it is crossing different design backgrounds. As is the case with fashion designer Henry Holland collaborating with interiors giant, Habitat. And wow, what a collaboration this is!
I can absolutely vouch for the success of this partnership. Henry Holland's bright, bold prints have translated magnificently to Habitat's look. He's combined some beautiful botanical prints with a magnificent colour palette resulting in a look that's just so fun and creative - you can't help but want a piece of it!
The collection has been inspired by Hunter S. Thompsons' Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. And it is seriously cool. If you're itching to take a look for yourself, the collection is available online. Check it out here. I'm particularly lusting over the couch. That print is just to die for and would add an edge to any living room.
Also have a little look at this video from the launch party. If you keep your eyes peeled you might just spot an appearance from a certain someone who was lucky enough to attend last week!
